This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Susanna Dashboard. Most of it is common sense: use the Service for your own sites and your clients’ sites, and don’t harm anyone with it.
Use only data you may use
- Connect only Search Console properties that you own, or that their owner has allowed you to use.
- Don’t use the Service to get data about sites you have no access to.
- When you work for clients, share their reports only with people who may see them.
Accounts
- Don’t let other people use your account, and don’t use someone else’s.
- Don’t pretend to be someone else.
- Don’t open several accounts to get around the limits of a plan, for example several free accounts instead of one paid plan.
Don’t harm the Service
- Don’t try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours, or to break or get around the security of the Service.
- Don’t scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities, except as our Security page allows.
- Don’t upload malware, or anything else that can harm the Service or its users.
- Don’t overload the Service, for example by making a very large number of requests, or by attacks that try to make it unavailable.
- Use the Service through its own features. Don’t copy it automatically (scraping) or download data in bulk other than with its export features.
- Don’t get around the limits of the Service or your plan, its usage limits or its checks.
- Don’t copy, take apart or reverse engineer the Service, except where mandatory law allows it.
Fair use
The Service is made for ordinary websites, from small to very large. If a site is exceptionally large, or an account is used in an unusual way that slows the Service down for others, we may limit how much detail is stored for it, or ask you to change the way you use the Service. We tell you before we do.
Content and sharing
- Upload only logos, images and texts that you have the right to use.
- Don’t add or share content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, such as trademarks or copyrights, or is meant to mislead.
- Don’t use share links or white label to deceive anyone, for example to make a report look like it comes from Google, or for phishing. You may say that your reports work with Google Search Console, but don’t use Google’s logos without Google’s permission.
- White label is for showing reports to your clients under your brand. Don’t resell access to the Service itself as your own software without a written agreement with us.
Law and Google’s terms
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes, and follow the laws on export control and sanctions.
- Follow Google’s terms and policies when you use data from Google.
What we may do
If we find misuse, we may remove content, limit or suspend your account, or close it. When we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put things right, as the Terms describe. When we act, we tell you what we did and why. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
Report misuse or illegal content
If you find content in the Service that you think is illegal, such as a shared report, write to hello@susannadashboard.com. Please tell us:
- where the content is, for example the address of the share link,
- why you think it is illegal,
- your name and email address (you may stay anonymous if the report concerns material of child sexual abuse), and
- that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.
We confirm that we have received your report, handle it carefully and without delay, and tell you what we decided. If you think we decided wrongly, you can ask us to look at it again.
