In short: the Susanna Dashboard app uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep your account safe. The website susannadashboard.com sets no cookies. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookies of other companies.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for don’t need your consent, under the EU’s ePrivacy rules and, in Portugal, Law No. 41/2004 on privacy in electronic communications. That is why you don’t see a cookie banner.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser, and that the browser sends back to the website on your next visits. Browsers can also keep other data for a site, in its “local storage”. Both stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
Cookies in the app
| Cookie | What it does | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
scd_session |
Keeps you signed in. It holds a signed record of your account and of when the sign-in ends. Scripts on the page can’t read it (HttpOnly), and it is sent only over an encrypted connection. | Strictly necessary, our own | 30 days, or until you sign out |
scd_oauth |
Protects the sign-in with Google from forged requests while you are on Google’s sign-in page. It is sent only to the addresses of the sign-in. | Strictly necessary, our own | 10 minutes, and it is deleted when the sign-in is done |
Browser storage in the app
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
sc-dash-app-theme |
Remembers whether you chose the light or the dark mode of the app. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us. | Until you clear it in your browser |
The website
The website susannadashboard.com sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser. Its fonts are served from our own server.
Content from Google
The app loads the icons of your sites and, if you choose one, fonts from Google Fonts directly from Google. These requests share your IP address with Google, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We don’t place cookies of Google or of any other company.
If we add analytics
If we start to measure the use of the website with analytics, such as Google Analytics, it stays off until you accept it in a cookie banner. Accepting and refusing will be equally easy, and you can change your choice at any time from a “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We list those cookies on this page before they are used.
Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies in the settings of your browser. If you block or delete the cookies of the app, you are signed out, and you can’t sign in again until you allow them.
Changes and contact
We update this page when the cookies we use change, and we change the date at the top. Questions: privacy@susannadashboard.com.
